Use of the service

You may use StitchLark for personal or commercial work, subject to these terms and any product limits shown in the app or on the pricing page.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account in ways that bypass the product's pricing or usage limits.

Billing, plans, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Pro Monthly and Pro Annual renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal through the billing tools linked from your account page. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Prices, plan features, and usage limits may change for future purchases or renewal periods. If they do, we will update the pricing page before the change takes effect.

Except where required by law or otherwise stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@stitchlark.com within 7 days.

Lifetime access means access for the operational life of StitchLark, not your lifetime or any guaranteed minimum service term.

Your content and AI-generated charts

You keep ownership of the charts and source material you submit to StitchLark. You give us a limited license to process, store, and display that material as needed to operate the service.

AI-generated charts may contain mistakes or need cleanup. You are responsible for reviewing output before selling, publishing, or stitching from it.

Acceptable use

• You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
• You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the product or API.
• You may not use automated access in ways that degrade the service for other users.

Availability and changes

We work to keep StitchLark available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or that every feature will remain available forever.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or the service itself at any time. If we decide to permanently shut down StitchLark, we will try to give advance notice to paying customers and keep supported chart downloads available for a limited wind-down period. We do not guarantee a specific notice period, refund outcome, or export format unless required by law.

Ending your access

You may stop using StitchLark at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk for us or other users.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

StitchLark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If you have a dispute, billing problem, or believe we charged you in error, contact hello@stitchlark.com first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or through the product before the updated version takes effect.
